Can anyone recommend a good text-to-speech app? If so, can you briefly explain some of its abilities and options? Ex: Are there voice options? How is the voice clarity? Can you adjust the speed of the reader? Can you read while on the internet or do you have to copy and paste? What type of documents can it read? What is the cost?
