I have been using Keynote and the Keynote Remote App ($.99) in my Rock History lecture classes and am quite happy with the results. The biggest issue is getting the iPad and computer to tether over the ARC wifi (which it will not want to do). There are workarounds for this and feel free to contact me if you would like suggestions. I am posting a video of a Keynote presentation I gave at the Innovate Technology Conference last may. I detail how to install and use the remote for lecturing and demonstrate a short lecture from my Rock History class (you also get to enjoy some Stevie Wonder!).
